Some of our funding is supported through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and other European Funding programmes such as Horizon Europe.
How sanctions could affect your support
To comply with UK Government sanctions legislation and Scottish Government guidance around trading with Russia, Scottish Enterprise will carry out sanctions checks on your company, shareholders and, in some cases, directors. We may ask you about the nature of your trading and/or investment links with Russia and Belarus.
Depending on the outcome of these checks, Scottish Enterprise may decide not to support you or your company, or to terminate existing support.
